United States Shipping
We ship throughout the United States via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $10 flat rate

Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $20 flat rate

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $200 USD
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and peak shopping periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Weekend & Holiday Shipping
Orders may be processed and dispatched on weekends or holidays depending on carrier availability.
Delivery times may be affected by carrier schedules, federal holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Damaged Items
Due to hygiene considerations and the nature of our products, all clothing and jewelry sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Delivery delays

Sale or clearance items
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are the only exception.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Upon review and approval, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution at our discretion.
Delays & Lost Packages
Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Aanchal and InBira are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If your package appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment of returned packages.
