Returns & Damage Policy – Aanchal & InBira
At Aanchal and InBira, every item is carefully inspected, quality-checked, and securely packaged before dispatch. Due to hygiene considerations, the nature of our products, and the limited availability of many styles, we operate a strict no-returns and no-exchanges policy except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage, defect, or an incorrect item being sent.

All clothing and jewelry purchases are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Clothing Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, measurements, and size information before placing an order.
As sizing can vary between styles and manufacturers, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.

Return Conditions (If Approved)
Approved damaged or incorrect items must be returned:

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed return shipments. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Any returned packaging that is damaged, marked, or altered may result in a reduction of any replacement or store credit issued.
