What is your return policy?
At InBira Jewels, your satisfaction is our top priority. Each piece is carefully handcrafted, inspected, and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry items due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about materials, size, or design, feel free to contact us before purchasing — we’re happy to assist!

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damageddefective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue. Please email us at: Inbirajewels@gmail.com

Are all items final sale?

Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping to Canada will be available soon — stay tuned!

How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via UPS and offer:

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — $15 flat rate

Our jewelry is crafted using a high-quality blend of: Polki, Kundan, stonework with a crystal finish, American Diamond (AD), and gold-plated bases. Each piece is carefully handcrafted to reflect the rich beauty of South Asian design and is perfect for festive and special occasions.

Is your jewelry meant for everyday wear?
InBira Jewels is all yours — you can wear it anytime you like!
However, our pieces are statement jewelry made for weddings, festivals, parties, and other special events. Frequent use might lessen their shine and longevity.

Is your jewelry made of real gold or diamonds?
No — our jewelry is gold-plated and features American Diamonds (AD) and high-quality imitation stones. We do not use solid gold or real diamonds.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Many of our pieces are made with skin-safe materials, but we can't guarantee they are hypoallergenic. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we suggest reaching out before placing your order.

Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?
